Under Stairs Storage, Blaenrhondda

We worked with the client to build a very uniquely designed storage and utility area under the stairs in their terraced home.
We started with taking a few ideas of what would be kept inside the storage compartments and this sparked our ingenuity, and we came up with a drawer and door system.
Starting with the general door, that fits the stray vacuum cleaner and some dry dog food.
Lower end of the stairs was utilised as small shoe doorway where multiple shoes and odd pieces could be stored.
The Main Event lead us to a design that took some planning! The Draw system consists of 2 drawers, 1 x 7ft tall and 1x 5ft tall, allowing the client easy of access to the rear of the compartments.
The client is a keen sports person, and loves to take part in cross country runs, which we took on board and came up with the idea of a drying cupboard. We installed a small radiator behind the 7ft drawer which allows the client to dry her wet clothing and boots/trainers after the wintery runs!

Bathroom and Hallway Renovation, Treorchy.
Here we had our work cut out, the property was in a dire state. There was storm damage here, allowing water to enter through the roof.
After the roofers had been in and sealed the place up, we came to gave it a new lease of life.
-Removal of the only wall between bath and toilet.
-Freshly Plastered walls and ceilings.
-New Doors and Skirtings.
-Ceiling Lights and Switches replaced
-uPVC splash panels to replace blown tiles.
-Floor levelled.
-New flooring chosen by the client
-We added extractor fans to help exhaust any condensation.
-We also swapped the old cast bath for a shower to help the resident with ongoing mobility issue.
-New radiator fitted.
-Fresh lick of paint
The clients were very pleased with the final product, and with the suggestion of changing the bath to a large shower unit, allows them to me mobile and access friendly in their later years.

We worked together with a returning customer, to provide a security system that would suit her needs. One that keeps her notified while she isn't at home via text message or phone call.
The ease of a key fob to disarm the security system was a huge success with the customer, as she loves the futuristic feel of the system.
The YALE Premium+ Alarm System, comes with the ability to add up to 20 PIR Sensor, Door & Window Sensors, Smoke alarms and Panic Buttons, there is a 30 metre radius on the system which will allow you to secure your home front to back and top to bottom.
